Procedure for COP 119 Certification:

To achieve COP 119 certification, a security company can follow these three steps:

Step 1

GAP ANALYSIS

Gap analysis serves as a strategic planning tool that evaluates the variance, or “gap,” between a company’s existing condition and its envisioned future state. This process assists security companies in prioritizing tasks and efficiently allocating resources to reach their objectives and enhance their overall performance. It is an invaluable instrument for strategic planning and decision-making.

Step 2

DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION

Following gap analysis, the company proceeds to the development and implementation phase. If any missing documents or gaps are identified within the company, our team will create all necessary documents and integrate them into the Britain Consultancy QMS System. This online system facilitates quality management improvements, offering features like document management, Web Portal Forms, Cloud Storage, and Email Templates. Once the missing documents are developed to address identified gaps, the implementation phase ensues. This step involves putting the newly created documents and processes into practice to bridge gaps and enhance the organization’s overall functionality.

Step 3

CERTIFICATION

Certification represents the final step for a security company to achieve COP 119 certification. Following successful completion of Gap Analysis and Development & Implementation phases, the security company undergoes a final assessment, after which it is awarded the certification.

Duration

A security company can attain COP 119 certification within a two-week period following the final assessment.
